Welcome to Black Scatter. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Black Scatter online gaming platform, including all games, services, promotions, and account features available at blackscatter.app.

By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the platform.

Each person may only hold one Black Scatter account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or via different devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances.

When you register, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and email address. Providing false information at any stage is a breach of these Terms.

2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Black Scatter is required to verify the identity of all registered players. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process that protects both the player and the platform from fraud and misuse.

You will be asked to provide:

• A valid government-issued ID (e.g. Philippine passport, driver's licence, or national ID)
• A recent selfie or photo for identity confirmation
• Additional documents as may be required to verify payment accounts

Deposits, withdrawals, and certain account features may be restricted until your identity is verified. We may request additional documentation at any point if we have reason to re-verify your identity or payment accounts. Non-cooperation with KYC requests may result in account suspension.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions at Black Scatter are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). No other currency is accepted on the platform.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine e-wallets (such as GCash and Maya), online banking, mobile banking apps via InstaPay or PESONet, and direct bank transfer. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or wagering methods.

All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from another person's account — are not permitted. We reserve the right to hold or return funds received from unverified third-party sources.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification being complete and no outstanding compliance holds on your account. Processing times vary by payment method. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction.

4 Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games available at Black Scatter are intended to be played fairly and in good faith. The following constitute breaches of these Terms and may result in account suspension, cancellation of winnings, and permanent closure:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to play or place bets
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical faults for financial gain
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes
• Placing bets in a manner designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage or abuse of bonus terms)
• Using VPNs or location-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions

In the event of a technical error that causes a game to malfunction or produce an incorrect result, Black Scatter reserves the right to void the affected bets and restore player balances to their pre-game state. We are not liable for losses caused by network interruptions on your end during a live game session.

Any winnings that arise from exploitative play, system errors, or prohibited behaviour will not be honoured. We reserve the right to reverse such transactions and close the associated account.

5 Promotions and Bonus Terms

Black Scatter offers various promotions and bonus programmes to eligible players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published separately on the Promotions page.

General principles that apply to all bonuses and promotional offers include:

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred between accounts
• Attempting to abuse bonus terms — including through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or misrepresented play — may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings
• Black Scatter reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry dates, and minimum odds (where applicable) are specified in the individual offer terms

We do not guarantee any specific bonus amounts, cashback rates, or wagering outcomes. No promotion constitutes a promise of profit or risk-free gaming.

6 Account Suspension and Closure

Black Scatter reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if there is reasonable cause to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any of these Terms
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity
• Verification documents provided are false, altered, or cannot be authenticated
• Multiple accounts have been created by the same individual
• Activity on the account poses a financial or compliance risk to the platform

If your account is suspended pending investigation, your balance will be held until the matter is resolved. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, any balance resulting from prohibited activity may be forfeited. Legitimate balances not associated with the breach will be returned to you via your verified payment method.

You may also choose to close your own account at any time. If you wish to do so for responsible gaming reasons, please contact our support team so we can discuss the appropriate self-exclusion or cooling-off options available.

7 Responsible Gaming Obligations

Our total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the relevant transaction giving rise to the claim.

9 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of this platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our support team will be subject to the appropriate legal process.
